His dashing looks have only gotten more debonair with age, and he's still one of the most charismatic members of the OoA. His dark features are only mildly tinted with the damage of UDE-1 overuse, and if anything, only makes him more ruggedly handsome.
Biography: Jules joined the OoA at an early age, having been discovered by an Order Seeker while working at the Great Galactic Library on Namrast, his home planet. He was barely ten years old and already one of the more well-known historians at the Library before he left for his Order training. His intelligence and ability to quickly learn new things propelled him into Controller status at a young age, and he has progressed through the ranks ever since.
He's a vital part of Melora Rowe's Strike Team, even though he's her elder by two dozen years. He served with her father, and now uses his elite talents to help her complete their missions.
